Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Payments received are considered final. Refunds will not be issued under any condition; in the event you need to reschedule, please give 72 hours notice so that your time can be given to a client on the waiting list. Should you not give the 72 hours notice, your request will be considered a new appointment and will be subject to standard scheduling procedures.
Please note that because of the high demand for Tamara’s services, we cannot guarantee that your session will be rescheduled on your preferred date. Tamara has her client’s best interest at heart and will do her best to reschedule clients as soon as possible. Tamara may have to reschedule should she not feel well. Please note this does not qualify for a refund. Tamara needs to be in a grounded state to provide her clients with wonderful sessions and is not able to do this if not well. You will be rescheduled at her earliest availability. Private conversation between you and her will ensure the soonest session.
